OffHook Support

Sorry you are having trouble with OffHook.

There are several items that should be checked if only to rule them out:

  1. OffHook communicates with other users via UDP on port 62007 (by default). Make sure that your firewall is allowing the traffic to pass and that all the other users are using the same port.
  2. All OffHook users must be on the same sub-net and your LAN must permit UDP traffic to pass.
  3. Make sure you meet system requirements. For the time being, the only requirement is that you are running at least OS X Lion.
